Website Development
Backend Technologies
We identify your backend programming requirements. Depending on your business' individual needs, we combine the latest web technology to provide you with a website that is flexible yet powerful. We use high-level scripting languages embedded into your web site to create dynamic web pages.
Using a scripting language one can perform database lookups, generate personalized pages and a lot more. Your site could include for example any of the following: Databases, Hit Counters, Forums, blogs, Response Forms, Guestbooks, Chat Rooms, Message Boards, Online Polls, Search Engines, Password Protection, Shopping Carts, Banner Rotation and Photo and Image Galleries to name a few. To create dynamic and data-driven web pages we offer the choice of the two main scripting languages ASP.net (Active Server pages) and PHP (Pre-Hypertext Possessing).
Web Technologies employed be Active Web Design
ASP.net
ASP.NET is a set of web development technologies marketed by Microsoft. Programmers can use it to build dynamic web sites, web applications and XML web services. It is part of Microsoft's .NET platform and is the successor to Microsoft's Active Server Pages (ASP) technology. It's latest incarnation is ASP.NET 3.5
PHP
PHP is a scripted programming language that can be used to create websites. Short for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor" (the initials actually come from the earliest version of the program, which was called "Personal Home Page Tools"), it is an open-source, reflective programming language used mainly for developing server-side applications and dynamic web content.
Javascript and Ajax
Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) is a method of building interactive applications for the Web that process user requests immediately.
Ajax allows content on Web pages to update immediately when a user performs an action, unlike an HTTP request, during which users must wait for a whole new page to load. For example, a weather forecasting site could display local conditions on one side of the page without delay after a user types in a zip code.
